Shipping & Refund Policy


SHIPPING POLICY
8.01 GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

8.02 DELIVERY TIME

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to fulfill your order within [2] business days of the date of our receipt of your order. A business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Dates of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the number of items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

8.03 SHIPPING COSTS

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the state, province or territory to which the item is shipped.

8.04 SHIPPING CARRIERS

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • USPS
  • DHL
8.05 ORDER TRACKING

Tracking #’s are provided by the shipping carrier; once available we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

8.06 BACK ORDERS

If an item is on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

8.07 DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSPORT

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at: support@magnolia-designco.com. Photos will be requested.

8.09 SHIPPING LOSS

In the event you or your customer does not receive a product order from Magnolia Home Designs LLC in a timely fashion, please contact support@magnolia-designco.com

8.10 REFUSAL OF SHIPMENT

Should a Distributor refuse delivery on any order which the Distributor has placed with Magnolia Home Designs LLC and such product is subsequently returned to Magnolia Home Designs LLC, Magnolia Home Designs LLC shall have the right to place that Distributor on suspension pending resolution of the refusal of delivery. Neither is a Distributor nor a consumer entitled to refuse any shipment from Magnolia Home Designs LLC unless prior approval of Magnolia Home Designs LLC has been obtained.

8.11 RETAIL PRICING

Magnolia Home Designs LLC provides a suggested retail price as a guideline.

SECTION NINE: RETAIL GUARANTEE & REFUND POLICY
9.01 RETURN POLICIES

If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return credit. If you are entitled to a return credit, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCTS UNTIL MAGNOLIA HOME DESIGNS LLC RECEIVES THEM. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE OF 10% ON RETURN PRODUCTS.

Returned products must be in the same condition as you received them.

NOTE: Magnolia Home Designs LLC will not accept for return any products you purchased from a Reseller. In order to properly process a refund or exchange, Distributors must follow the steps and conditions set forth below:

All returns to Magnolia Home Designs LLC must be accompanied by:

  • a) A signed statement from the retail customer identifying the reason for the return;
  • b) A copy of the original retail sales receipt; and
  • c) The name, address and telephone number of the retail customer Distributor’s request for refund may, at Magnolia Home Designs LLC’s option, be treated as a termination of the Distributorship.
